How it works
* Sleep questionnaire
Fill this in prior to the consultation. This helps me get to know all about your child’s sleep, personality and routine so that I can pinpoint the areas where we can make changes and create a personalised plan to ensure a great night’s sleep. I'll make sure it aligns with your parenting style, so that you feel comfortable putting it into action.
* Phone consultation & personalised plan
We’ll go through your personalised sleep plan step by step and make sure you feel really confident in starting to implement it.
* Follow up
Fill out a sleep log and we’ll keep in touch over email to check on your progress and next steps.
